Another year, another couple of disasters, but we all made it! Remember to utilize your local merchants this Holiday Season as we are all struggling to recover from the loss of income during the flood and the fires this year! Let’s help keep our groovy merchants/local businesses stay afloat! What better way to start the month other than a 3-Day Family Friendly event with the 18th Annual Holiday Extravaganza & Parade of Lights, presented by the Friends of Stumptown. Don’t forget on Friday the 6th is the First Friday Artwalk. The Curtain Call Theatre beckons you to go relax and watch your local, live theatre performance of The MouseTrap by Agatha Christie, directed by our very own Michael Tabib...and more

Saturday the 5th seems to be a very popular day for local events; so much is happening! Be sure to check out the Annual Guerneville Cemetery Tour, to learn fascinating history of Guerneville’s Pioneer Days from our very own John Schubert. Our local cemetery has some of the most beautiful statues and unique stories. Also on the 5th, is the installation of the Reverend Amie Giordano, who was recently called to be the Pastor of Metropolitan Community Church of the Redwood Empire in Guerneville. All are welcome to attend and there will be an Italian dinner served afterwards. After dinner, head over to Monte Rio to the Russian River Hall at 8pm, for the Flying Leap Improv Theatre Ensemble performance! Expect a night of comedy and song from our local performers.
